Have a last-minute Halloween party tonight and stumped on snacks? We’ve got some easy and quick festive finger foods that will both fright and delight your ghoulish guests.

Last-minute Halloween Snacks

Halloween is a notoriously unhealthy holiday, with kids chowing down on chocolates and sweets while the grown-ups feast on booze and witches brews.  So, instead of setting out even scarier snacks filled with mystery ingredients, surprise your guests both big and small with cute and creative killer creations.

Banana Ghosts in a Tangerine Pumpkin patch

Getting creative with the holiday seasons is as fun as it is simple to put together last-minute! All it takes is a little imagination and a few minutes to create a scene so sweet your Halloween party guests can’t wait to eat.

All you need:

Simply peel your organic fruit and style! Top tip: leave your chocolate spread out, or microwave it for 10 seconds to make it more pliable. Slice the bananas in half, and use a few toothpicks to secure the bananas on their sides, preventing them from rolling around. Then design the faces! Once you’re done, pop them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes while you prepare for your Halloween party! This way the chocolate will harden and stick to the bananas.

Easy Halloween Hacks

Orange Jack-O-Lantern Fruit Bowls

Forgot to carve a few pumpkins this year? Totally fine. There are plenty of organic orange fruits and veggies that are perfect substitutes for the typical tuber. For example, just by slicing up a quick orange, you can create a last-minute Halloween fruit bowl stuffed with your favorite berries! (That’s Mother Nature’s candy bowl!)

All you need:

To create the jack-o-lantern bowl, remove the top of the orange and put aside. Carefully slice down into the flesh of the orange, from the top you just removed, following the lines of the orange slices. Slice from the center out towards the rind, but without going through the rind. Using a paring knife, slice a circle around the rind making sure to connect to the pin-wheel slices you just made. Then using a spoon and fork, scoop and remove the slices until you have a bowl! If you can not reach the very bottom without tearing the orange, that’s okay! Just add berries on top!

All you need:

Despite the adorable outcome, this one is super simple! Simply spread goat cheese (or cheese of choice) over crackers and add olives on top.
