Kale and Stone Fruit Sunomono

Light, crisp, sweet and refreshing, this sunomono salad is a summer staple that we never get sick of!

1De-stem and thinly slice kale.

2Slice and dice stone fruit.

3Combine vinegar, sesame oil, and mandarin juice together.

4Add sesame seeds and whisk to combine.

5Mix with kale and dressing.

6 Let sit for 10 minutes and serve!



1 bunch Kale, de-stemmed and thinly sliced across the grain

4 stone-fruit (Mix-and-match - Nectarines, Peaches and Pluots)


1 Mandarin

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice vinegar

Salt to taste
