1Thinly slice cucumbers and scallions
2Mix up the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sweetener, salt and pepper
3Mix cumber and scallions with dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors meld.
Can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
2 Persian Cucumbers
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Sea salt
2 tsp Granulated sweetener
1/4 tsp Black pepper
