Roasted Brussels with Onions and Apples

These savory roasted brussels sprouts combine all the best flavors of fall. Perfect for Thanksgiving!

1Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well.

2Spread tossed ingredients in a single layer on a baking sheet.

3Bake at 350º until golden brown.


8 oz. Brussels sprouts, quartered

1 apple, sliced and quartered

1/2 Red onion, sliced very thin into rings

2 tbsp Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
