Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Making pumpkin pie from scratch? Use the pumpkin seeds to roast and enjoy a healthy, easy-to-make snack! After the pumpkins seeds and pulp are scooped out, save the seeds and give them a quick clean. Now that you have raw pumpkin seeds, you're ready to make roasted pumpkin seeds!

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F

2Toss seeds into bowl with melted butter and salt

3Spread seeds in a single layer on baking sheet

4Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown, stir occasionally


1 1/2 cups Raw, whole pumpkin seeds

1 pinch Salt

2 tsp Melted butter
