1If you're using turnips straight out of your GrubMarket order, remove the greens by simply twisting the bulb from the greens. Rinse the bulbs and scrub with a brush before slicing into quarters.
2Melt butter in a medium to large saute pan on low heat.
3Add turnip quarters to the pan and saute turnips in butter, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper as desired.
4Add and cook until the turnips are just starting to get tender.
5Add vinegar and cook until vinegar is cooked off and turnips are tender.
6Add chopped chives and cook for 1 minute.
7Garnish with fresh chive and a dash of paprika.
1 bunch of white turnips
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
