Roasted Watermelon Raidshes

Similar to roasted turnips,  you'll love the smooth texture and sweet, earthly flavor from roasted watermelon radishes!


1Preheat oven to 375°

2Cut radishes into wedges

3In a 2 quart baking dish, mix with 2 tablespoon of oil

4Roast radishes for 1 hour until fork tender

5Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon of oil

6Sprinkle with sea salt


1 lb Trimmed watermelon radishes

3 tbsp Olive oil (divided)

1 tsp Sea Salt
