1Chop and deseed plums. Place with basil and bitters in shaker and muddle till well mixed. Add ice and gin, shake well. Put in Collins glass and fill up with Rose Bliss Kombucha. Garnish with a slice of lime, a plum, and a leaf of basil.

4 cherry plums, plus two for garnish
3 leaves of Basil, one for garnish
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz lemon juice
