This might be the best burger we've ever tasted and we're not kidding. Grass-fed beef patties stuffed with creamy sharp swiss cheese and thyme that oozes out over the perfectly toasted pretzel bun.

  • Cook: 15 mins


1Season beef and add thyme, mix well.

2Separate into three equal parts.

3Separate each into two parts, flatten each into thin patties.

4Sandwich a little bit of cheese in-between the two patties and seal the edges.

5Grill on both sides until the desired temperature.

6Toast pretzel buns and top with your favorite toppings! (We like, lettuce, onion, and tomato!)


1 lb Diamond Mountain Ranch Ground Beef

3 oz. Holey Cow Cheese

3 Röckenwagner Pretzel Buns

2 tbsp tbsp de-stemmed thyme

Salt and Pepper to taste
