GrubMarket Named to 2025 CNBC Disruptor 50 List for Third Consecutive Year

As we announced today, we are thrilled to have been named to the 2025 CNBC Disruptor 50 list for the third year in a row. This distinction is a strong validation of GrubMarket’s commitment to being a leading technology enabler and digital transformer in the food supply chain industry. We are proud to stand alongside other top innovators that are disrupting their industries and inspiring positive change around the world.

Innovating with AI: Over the past year, GrubMarket has accelerated its pace of innovation – especially with new AI-powered solutions. We launched several powerful AI-driven tools, such as the GrubAssist Cash Flow Analyst and an AI Orders Agent, which equip food supply chain operators with real-time financial insights and automated order processing capabilities. These advancements (along with a new AI chatbot assistant) put cutting-edge technology directly into our customers’ hands, helping them run their businesses more efficiently and intelligently.

Strategic Growth via Acquisitions: At the same time, we expanded our national footprint through strategic acquisitions. In the last twelve months, we have acquired and successfully integrated major food distribution companies – including Brothers Produce (one of the largest foodservice distributors in Texas and the broader Southwestern U.S.) and Delta Fresh (a leading provider of Mexican-grown produce to big U.S. grocery and foodservice companies) – into our B2B eCommerce network. We also acquired Good Eggs, a well-known California online grocery service, and FreshGoGo, one of North America’s largest Asian online grocery platforms, further solidifying GrubMarket’s leadership in the U.S. online food commerce space. Each of these partners brings valuable regional strengths and capabilities that enhance our mission of building a more efficient, tech-enabled food supply chain.

These innovations and growth moves have fueled tremendous results. In the past year, GrubMarket’s annual revenue surpassed $2.1 billion, making us the largest private food technology company in the U.S. Importantly, we achieved this milestone while remaining profitable and financially strong. We also deepened our commitment to a sustainable food system, planting 100,000 trees through our Sustainable California initiative to help reforest areas of California damaged by wildfires. Sustainability continues to be a core value as we grow, and we’re proud to invest in programs that promote a healthier planet and food ecosystem.
